Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern the website and charter services offered by Skyvionelle (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a private charter company based in Singapore. They form part of our agreement with the person making a request or booking (“Customer”). Passengers must follow all travel, identification, conduct, and safety provisions.

1. The Booking Path

Our website describes available charter services. Its content supports inquiries but does not constitute a binding offer or ensured booking.

A Customer may submit a consultation request online. Once accepted, it creates a temporary consultation hold lasting 48 hours from the time in our acknowledgment. No payment is collected online. The hold allows an office consultation; it does not reserve an aircraft, fix a price, or require us to operate a flight.

If the Customer does not attend the office within the 48-hour period, the hold expires automatically without a cancellation charge. A new request may be submitted, subject to current availability.

2. Office Consultation and Quote

At the office, we review the itinerary, passengers, baggage, documents, airport requirements, and schedule. The Customer must provide complete, accurate information. Changes may affect availability, timing, or price.

We may then issue a written quote identifying the plan, total price, validity period, and specific conditions. A quote is not a booking. The Customer accepts it by paying the full amount at our office through an available method before expiry. Confirmation follows receipt of full payment.

3. Customer and Passenger Responsibilities

The Customer must provide accurate passenger, itinerary, baggage, and operational information by stated deadlines and share these Terms and trip instructions with every passenger.

All passengers must:

  • Arrive at the designated airport at least one hour before scheduled departure;

  • Carry valid government-issued identification and all passports, visas, permits, or other documents communicated during consultation;

  • Follow airport, crew, security, customs, immigration, and safety instructions; and

  • Avoid behavior that threatens safety, disrupts operations, damages property, or violates applicable law.

We may deny boarding to a passenger who arrives late, lacks documents, appears unfit to travel safely, or refuses lawful safety instructions. Passenger-caused denial does not create a refund entitlement. Each passenger remains responsible for travel eligibility.

4. Cancellations Requested by the Customer

A cancellation request must be emailed to flights@Skyvionelle.com from the Customer’s registered email address. The request is effective when received by us, not when sent.

  • If received at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time, the Customer is eligible for a refund of the full charter amount paid.

  • If received less than 48 hours before scheduled departure, Skyvionelle retains 50% of the charter amount as a cancellation charge and refunds the remaining 50%.

  • If no passenger presents for the charter by the required reporting time, the booking is considered as a no-show and automatically canceled without a refund.

These provisions do not remove non-excludable rights under Singapore law. They prevail over route-specific cancellation wording unless the quote expressly explains a variation.

5. Refund Administration

Refunds are made by bank transfer. After approval and receipt of sufficient banking details, we initiate processing within 24 hours. Banks may need additional posting time. The Customer must submit accurate account information. We are not responsible for delay caused by incorrect details or banking controls outside our reasonable control.

6. Operational Changes and Company Cancellations

Aviation may be affected by weather, air traffic restrictions, airport closures, security directions, aircraft serviceability, crew limits, or governmental action. We may reasonably adjust the aircraft, airport, route, or departure time for operational or safety needs.

If we cancel for reasons not caused by the Customer or passengers and cannot offer an accepted reasonable alternative, we will refund the amount paid for the affected charter.

7. Baggage, Personal Items, and Special Requests

Baggage acceptance depends on aircraft limits, weight and balance, security rules, and the information disclosed during consultation. Undeclared or excessive baggage may be refused. Dangerous, unlawful, or restricted items are prohibited.

Special requests are subject to operational feasibility and become binding only when included in written booking confirmation. Passengers remain responsible for personal belongings, except where loss or damage results from our failure to exercise the standard required by applicable law.

8. Prices and In-Office Payment

The written quote states the price and included services. Unless stated otherwise, requested itinerary changes, additional ground time, passenger changes, airport charges arising after confirmation, or services outside the agreed plan may require a revised quote and additional payment.

We will explain proposed additional charges before obtaining the Customer’s agreement where circumstances reasonably permit. Our website does not accept or process payments. Payment instructions received through an unrecognized channel or outside the accepted office process should be reported to us promptly.

9. Liability and Mandatory Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to applicable law, Skyvionelle is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the booking was formed. Any limitation or exclusion in these Terms will apply only to the extent permitted by Singapore law and any applicable international rules governing carriage by air.

10. Personal Data and Electronic Communications

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012. The Customer confirms that passenger information supplied to Skyvionelle may lawfully be shared for booking, airport, security, immigration, and operational purposes. (Link with Privacy Policy)

The Customer must have an appropriate basis for providing another passenger’s personal information. Electronic requests, acknowledgments, notices, and confirmations may have legal effect in accordance with the Electronic Transactions Act 2010.

11. Governing Framework

These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Relevant legislation may include the Air Navigation Act 1966, the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore Act 2009, the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003, the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, the Electronic Transactions Act 2010, the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, and the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001.

Applicable aviation regulations, airport requirements, safety directions, and international rules governing carriage by air may also apply to a particular charter.

Except where legislation provides otherwise, a person who is not a party to the booking has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce these Terms.

The parties should first attempt to resolve a disagreement through written discussion. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through discussion will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

12. General Provisions

If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. A delay in enforcing a right does not amount to a waiver of that right.

The accepted quote, booking confirmation, these Terms, and any expressly incorporated policy form the agreement between Skyvionelle and the Customer. Any amendment must be recorded in writing by Skyvionelle.

Questions about these Terms may be sent to flights@Skyvionelle.com .
