This Policy explains how Skyvionelle handles consultation holds, cancellations, no-shows, operational changes, and refunds for private charters in Singapore. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.
A website consultation request creates a temporary hold for 48 hours from the time in our acknowledgment. It allows an office discussion but does not reserve an aircraft, establish a price, or create a booking.
No website payment is collected. If the Customer does not attend within 48 hours, the hold expires automatically. No refund is due and no cancellation charge applies. Another request may be submitted, subject to availability.
At the office, we develop a charter plan based on the itinerary, passengers, baggage, airports, timing, and disclosed needs. We may then issue a written quote.
A charter is booked only after the Customer pays the full quote at our office using an available method and Skyvionelle issues written confirmation. This Policy then applies.
The Customer must send a cancellation request to flights@Skyvionelle.com from the email address associated with the booking. The message should include the Customer’s name, booking reference, scheduled departure, and a clear request to cancel.
A request is effective when received. The departure time in the booking confirmation determines the cancellation period. Customers should retain the sent message.
The following framework applies unless mandatory law requires a different result:
| Cancellation Event | Outcome |
|---|---|
| Request received at least 48 hours before scheduled departure | Full charter payment returned |
| Request received less than 48 hours before scheduled departure | 50% returned; 50% retained as a cancellation charge |
| Passenger no-show | Booking canceled; no refund |
| Passenger denied boarding because of missing documents, late arrival, or refusal to follow safety instructions | No refund for the affected passenger or booking |
The charge reflects aircraft allocation, crew planning, airport arrangements, and administrative work. Nothing limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Every passenger must arrive at the designated airport at least one hour before scheduled departure. Passengers must carry valid government-issued identification and all passports, visas, permits, or other documents communicated during the office consultation.
If no passenger reports within the required period, the booking is considered as a no-show and canceled automatically without a refund. If one passenger cannot board because of missing or invalid documents, late arrival, unsafe conduct, or failure to follow lawful instructions, Skyvionelle may deny that person boarding. Any remaining operation will depend on safety, regulatory requirements, and the agreed charter plan.
Flights may be affected by weather, air traffic restrictions, airport closures, security directions, aircraft serviceability, crew duty limits, governmental action, or other safety and operational circumstances. Skyvionelle may reasonably change the aircraft, route, airport, or departure time where necessary.
If Skyvionelle cancels a charter for reasons not caused by the Customer or passengers and cannot offer a reasonable alternative accepted by the Customer, we will return the amount paid for the affected charter. If the Customer accepts an alternative, the booking will continue under the revised written arrangements, including any agreed price adjustment.
All refunds are issued by bank transfer. Skyvionelle will review the request. We may request the account holder’s name, bank name, account number, and other information reasonably required for the transfer.
Once the refund is accepted and complete banking details are received, Skyvionelle will initiate processing within 24 hours. The receiving bank may require additional time to post the funds. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate banking information. Delays caused by incorrect details, compliance checks, intermediary banks, weekends, or public holidays are outside our direct control.
Refund information will be used for administration, record-keeping, and legal compliance in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
This Policy is governed by Singapore law. Relevant legislation includes the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003, the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, the Electronic Transactions Act 2010, and the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. Charter operations may also be subject to the Air Navigation Act 1966, the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore Act 2009, applicable civil aviation requirements, and the Carriage by Air Act 1988 where relevant.
Nothing in this Policy excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited only as necessary while the remaining provisions continue. Any dispute not resolved through written discussion will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
